32 Things About Me.

Orange Beach Vacation 383

  1. Today is my birthday.
  2. I am 32.
  3. I think it’s so cool that’s today’s date is 10/11/12!
  4. I grew up in horse country {that’s Kentucky, for those of you who don’t follow horse racing}.
  5. I have an older brother and a younger sister.
  6. I loved school as a child.
  7. One time, when we were kids, my parents told us we were getting something delivered {we thought it was a pizza}, and it turned out to be a pony.  This was wonderful and crazy because we didn’t live on a farm… we lived in the city!
  8. I tricked my little sis into eating a dog bone [yesterday].  I’m joking, it was years ago…haha!
  9. I idolized Cyndy Lauper.
  10. “Girls Just Want to Have Fun.” was my childhood anthem!
  11. I love sports.
  12. In high school, my sports were cross country, cheerleading, and fast-pitch softball.
  13. At the University of Louisville, I was on the women’s rowing team {makes no sense, right?  But, hey, I love the water!}.
  14. I was the Valedictorian of my high school graduating class.
  15. I have a degree in Biology.
  16. I love organic chemisty.
  17. Science jokes really crack me up.
  18. Clearly, I’m a nerd.
  19. I’ve never gotten a speeding ticket.
  20. A Coca-Cola always brightens my day! {You already knew that, though!}
  21. I love to try new trends. {Remember when my hair was full of feathers?}
  22. My feet just feel right when they’re in heels.
  23. If I were a computer, my fashion default settings would be jeans, a white shirt, and pearl earrings.
  24. On June 8, my sweetheart and I celebrated our 10-year wedding anniversary.
  25. I have the three most wonderful, smartest, cutest, sweetest, funniest kids in the world.
  26. I love superlatives!
  27. I was crazy enough to go without an epidural for my babies’ births.
  28. I could eat a turnip like an apple—they’re so tasty.
  29. I’m not a good cook… at all, but that never stops me from trying.
  30. I love talk-radio. {Boy, that definitely let’s me know that I’m getting old!}
  31. In the spring, I’ll be competing for the title of Mrs. Indiana.
  32. I’m thankful for my family, friends, and each day the Lord blesses me with!
